Return & Exchange Policy

Batteries & Mechanical does not offer refunds or replacements when consumer guarantees do not apply. This means that if you received exactly what you ordered but simply changed your mind, found a better price, decided you didn’t like it, or have no use for it, we cannot provide a refund. However, if an item has a significant issue, you are entitled to a refund or exchange.

 

Batteries & Mechanical will accept returns and offer an exchange voucher, refund (using the original payment method), or repair in the following cases:

- The item is defective or not of satisfactory quality

- The item poses safety risks

- The item is unsuitable for its intended use

Alternatively, you can opt to retain the item, and we will compensate you for any reduction in value. If the issue is not severe, we will repair the item within a reasonable timeframe. If the repair takes too long, you can request a refund or replacement.

 

Please remember to keep your proof of purchase, such as your receipt. If you cannot provide proof of purchase, a bank statement showing the transaction or a photo of the receipt may suffice. If we cannot verify that the product was purchased from Batteries & Mechanical, it will be up to the store's discretion to issue a refund or replacement.

 

In certain cases, Batteries & Mechanical may choose to send the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to assess the issue. We reserve the right to deny an exchange voucher, refund, or repair if the fault is due to misuse or neglect.
